Our beginner’s Only 4 Week program is specifically designed for individuals who want an introduction to Muay Thai, great results, and to be part of a community and positive environment.
What makes this program different?
Our beginner’s program is designed for people who are completely new to martial arts, or who haven’t exercised in a long time, and who are looking for a fun and interesting way to get fit and healthy in the new year.

3 training sessions a week for 4 weeks.
FREE Boxing Gloves, valued at $55
Constant support from a Facebook group with the other members of the program
Ongoing support and accountability from your coaches throughout the program.

Monday 5:30-6:30pm
Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm
Friday 4:30-5:30pm
